Dear Brother . .

These were the main reasons that Turkey illegally invaded . . They have since caused many horrific consequences and are still occupying the areas (32 years) later. . .Why are they still there?

Can you please tell me why Turkey makes it so difficult to negotiate a solution?

Also, it was not just TC's that EOKA were against, there are many GC's that opposed EOKA and enosis..

What about the GC's that were against EOKA and that paid for it with civil war and their lives?

Also if Turkish Cypriots say they dont want re unification because Greek Cypriots opressed them why are there turkish Cypriots today in Cyprus going to the south looking for Work from Greek Cypriots? the Turk Cypriots either stop blaming Greek Cypriots and ask Turkey settlers to leave or they face embargos turkish Cypriots are not the victims as they like to potray themselfs as

Eoka, as a terrorist organisation, killed many greek Cypriots, British and Turkish Cypriots. They started in 1955 and continued in one form or another at least until 1968. Not all Greek Cypriots or British or Turkish Cypriots are bad people. ALL suffered at the hands of EOKA.

Greece and the Greek Cypriots gave Turkey ALL the excuses she needed to intervene in Cyprus in 1974. The fact that they were welcomed by the Turkish Cypriots is neither here nor there, the fact is that Greek and Greek Cypriot aggression warranted Turkish intervention.

I would like to remind you that 30 years of negotiation were put on the table as Annan Plan (number 5). This plan was endorsed by GREECE, ENGLAND, AMERICA, EUROPEAN UNION, TURKEY and the UNITED NATIONS. We accepted this plan to re unify Cyprus but it was the Greek Cypriots who overwhelmingly rejected this plan in the 2004 referendum, as they were directed to do by Tassos Papadopolous.
