Interesting article from the Turkish Daily News. It says that the USA is not recognising the TRNC but is committed to the economic development of the country. My questions are as follows: If the TRNC is allowed to catch up economically why would they want to mend reletions with the south and unify under one flag? Moreover, are the States not recognising the north by default by encouraging the easement of isolation?
